  • Learn to reduce mental stress by various means including yoga, exercise, meditation etc.
  • Exercise regularly under the guidance of your doctor
  • Get your BP checked regularly. You may even buy a BP instrument (sphygmomanometer) and learn how to measure your BP at home.
