At times the blood flow to a part of the heart muscle is suddenly stopped as coronary artery is blocked. This is a Heart Attack. The resulting chest pain is far more severe and lasts longer. Also, unless the heart attack is immediately treated there may be a permanent damage to the heart or worse, death itself.
